Ahmed Ibrahim

Picture this: a teenager fresh from the bustling streets of Cairo lands in South London, armed with a head full of stories and an innate gift for turning cultural collision into comedy gold. Ahmed Ibrahim doesn't just tell jokes—he weaves entire worlds from the absurdities of navigating two dramatically different cultures, leaving audiences in stitches with his natural, relaxed charm.

This rising star proved he's got serious chops when he conquered the Comedy Store's legendary King Gong competition in October 2021, one of the toughest open mic battles in the UK comedy circuit. Since then, he's been lighting up stages across London at venues like Up The Creek and City Comedy Club, and he's become a favourite on the Comedy Boat since 2024. His offbeat delivery and alternative philosophies have a mesmerising quality—audiences find themselves hanging on every word, completely in the palm of his hand.

Ahmed took his debut show "From Cairo to Kent" to Camden Fringe 2023, showcasing his ability to transform the immigrant experience into compelling comedy. Whether he's recounting the peculiarities of growing up in Egypt or dissecting the quirks of British life, his charming storytelling style makes every punchline land with effortless precision.
