Darcy Moreland

Picture this: an Australian rugby player gets absolutely clobbered on the field, wakes up with three months of his life mysteriously erased, and decides the logical next step is to turn the whole traumatic mess into comedy gold. Enter Darcy Moreland, a comic who's been tearing up the London circuit with his high-energy storytelling and fearless material. Since moving to the UK, he's made quite the name for himself—shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Awards in 2023, runner-up at the Comedy Store's legendary King Gong, and a Max Turner Prize finalist in 2024. Not bad for someone who probably can't remember their postcode half the time.

Darcy's taken two sold-out shows to Edinburgh Fringe (Three Unwise Men and VIVA LA VISA), proving he can pack a room faster than you can say "concussion protocol." His debut solo hour, Concussion, blends sharp wit with deeply personal stories, and he's currently touring it across the UK and Australia. You'll find him gracing stages at Comedy Store, Top Secret, Backyard Comedy Club, and Hot Water—and he's been a favourite on the Comedy Boat since 2024, bringing his uniquely chaotic Australian charm to our Battersea and Soho venues. If memory loss and rugby disasters sound like your kind of comedy, Darcy's your man.
