Josh Faulkener

Sharp, silly, and completely unfiltered, this hearing-impaired one-liner merchant fires off jokes with the precision of a sniper and the cheek of someone who knows exactly what he shouldn't say—then says it anyway. Gigging since 2012, he's racked up over 140 stand-up shows and earned his stripes sharing stages with comedy heavyweights Rob Brydon, Gary Delaney, and Brett Goldstein. His rapid-fire material has earned him spots on BBC and ITV, as well as a spot in the finals of the 2025 UK Pun Championship at Leicester Comedy Festival—because apparently he's as good with wordplay as he is with wickedness. He's been a favourite on the Comedy Boat since 2024, bringing his delightfully dark perspective to audiences who know that the best comedy comes from places we probably shouldn't laugh about (but absolutely do). Tim Vine himself gave him the stamp of approval with a simple "Ha. Very good," which in Tim Vine terms is basically a standing ovation. A regular at major clubs across London and the south including Hot Water Comedy Club and The Frog and Bucket, he's the comic who makes you laugh at things you definitely shouldn't—and you'll love every guilty second of it.
